KRB offers shipping of smaller items such as accessories, fine art, lampshades, table lamps and occasional tables via UPS Ground within the United States. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, and include full value insurance. If you require overnight shipping, please select UPS Next Day.
Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your items have been fragile packed and are ready to dispatch.

We are happy to provide you with a list of recommended shippers and/or white glove moving companies that service your region. Purchases may also be collected during store hours, Monday through Saturday, 10 am to 6 pm.
Please give us a minimum of 24 hours notice to prepare your order.
All sales are final. In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, returns are accepted on eligible items for store credit only within 14 business days of the invoice date, and must be accompanied by a receipt. Credit is good for one year from date of issue. *All packaging must remain intact and must be documented for shipping insurance claims. We do not charge restocking fees: however, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. To initiate a return of any item that arrives damaged, please contact us at email@example.com.
The following items are not eligible for return: Fine Art, Soft Goods (lampshades, pillows, throws), Lacquer Furniture, Antiques, Vintage Furniture, Sale Items.

Mark Gagnon was born in Salem, Ohio and received his BFA from Ohio State University.
After landing in New York City, Gagnon established his art career by gaining the attention of local and international editorial directors who featured his illustrations and paintings in their magazines. Gagnon has been featured in such revered publications as The New Yorker, Visionaire, The New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Rolling Stone, Interview, Vogue, Travel + Leisure and Harper's Bazaar. Gagnon has also been a recurring contributor to the prestigious American Illustration.
In 2003, Gagnon was commissioned by the Lower Eastside Tenement Museum to execute a series of historical portraits that are on permanent view at the museum's Orchard St. headquarters.
For more than a decade, Gagnon has been commissioned by Bergdorf Goodman for solo installations featuring his paintings and unique papier-mâché sculptures in their Fifth Avenue windows.
In 2015 Gagnon was asked to collaborate with global fashion brand Opening Ceremony on a project for Christmas at the White House.
Gagnon currently lives in Frederick, Maryland where he co-owns Big Lush Plants & Flowers. The shop is curated with beautiful plants, special vintage items, one-of-a-kind art works and collectable oddities, botanical and otherwise.
