All sales are final. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, returns are accepted on eligible items for store credit only within 10 business days of the invoice date, and must be accompanied by a receipt. Store credit is valid for one year from date of issue.
The following items are not eligible for return:
-One-of-a-kind pieces, including but not limited to fine art, antiques and vintage furniture, Scanlon Apparati, and Frances Palmer
-Soft goods (such as lampshades, pillows, and throws)
-Items from The Lacquer Company (including accessories and furniture)
-Sale items
Returns, exchanges, and cancellations are not accepted for special orders, custom orders, or trunk show purchases.
In the event of an exchange or return, KRB reserves the right to apply a 15% restocking fee on items priced over $1,000.
All merchandise is sold in “as is” condition.
All packaging must remain intact and must be documented for shipping insurance claims. To initiate a return of any item that arrives damaged, please contact us at info@krbnyc.com.
Gifts are eligible for exchange 30 days from invoice date.
