KRB offers memos on items for up to 48 hours for Interior Designers with a valid NY resale number and for up to 24 hours for retail clients.
We do not loan or rent items for photo shoots. We do not allow pieces to be taken out on approval over weekends. We reserve the right to decline memos on fragile items or any item at our discretion.
All memos require a credit card on file, and all items must be returned in original condition. The credit card provided at the time of memo may be charged for any items kept after 48 hours, returned damaged, returned incomplete, or not returned in original condition.
If paying by check or other approved method, payment must be received within 24 hours of purchase; otherwise, KRB may charge the credit card on file.
Should you need to change your payment method after a credit card transaction has been processed, a fee of 3.1% for American Express and 2.5% for all other credit cards will apply to cover non-refundable merchant processing fees.
The memo client must make all necessary arrangements for packing, unpacking, transportation, and repackaging. KRB may assist with these arrangements upon request; however, all delivery, packing, unpacking, assembly, installation, and related fees are the responsibility of the memo client.
Furniture and art must be picked up by professional movers. We will not release any goods without proper protection. Hanging light fixtures must be transported in appropriately outfitted vehicles or by movers equipped to handle such merchandise (i.e. hanging bar). Any upholstered items returned soiled must be cleaned at the client’s expense. All loose parts, including screws and other hardware, must be returned.
Once merchandise leaves KRB’s premises, the memo client is responsible for any loss, theft, or damage, including damage in transit. Any loss or damage incurred during the memo period may result in the purchase of that item. KRB reserves the right to decline having any item repaired.
Your acceptance of items for memo constitutes your agreement to these terms. We thank you for your cooperation.
