  KRB offers shipping of smaller items such as accessories, fine art, lampshades, table lamps and occasional tables via UPS Ground within the United States. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, and include full value insurance. Shipping for Christopher Spitzmiller lamps will be calculated separately. If you require overnight shipping, please select UPS Next Day.

  Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your items have been fragile packed and are ready to dispatch.

We are happy to provide you with a list of recommended shippers and/or white glove moving companies that service your region. Purchases may also be collected during store hours, Monday through Saturday, 10 am to 6 pm.

  We will hold furniture free of charge for up to 10 business days from the purchase date. Storage & Handling Fees will apply after 10 days.  After 90 days, KRB has the discretion to cancel the order.

• Returns

  All sales are final. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, returns are accepted on eligible items for store credit only within 10 business days of the invoice date, and must be accompanied by a receipt. Store credit is valid for one year from date of issue.

  The following items are not eligible for return:

  • One-of-a-kind pieces, including but not limited to fine art, antiques and vintage furniture, Scanlon Apparati, and Frances Palmer
  • Soft goods (such as lampshades, pillows, and throws)
  • Items from The Lacquer Company (including accessories and furniture)
  • Sale items

  Returns, exchanges, and cancellations are not accepted for special orders, custom orders, or trunk show purchases.

  In the event of an exchange or return, KRB reserves the right to apply a 15% restocking fee on items priced over $1,000.

  All merchandise is sold in “as is” condition.

  All packaging must remain intact and must be documented for shipping insurance claims. To initiate a return of any item that arrives damaged, please contact us at info@krbnyc.com.

  Should you need to change your payment method after a credit card transaction has been processed, a fee of 3.1% for American Express and 2.5% for all other credit cards will apply to cover non-refundable merchant processing fees.

  Purchases are available for pickup during our open hours Monday through Saturday, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
